Project 1: Ticketing System in SharePoint
During Kaleb Brayden Harris' time at Oklahoma University, he was responsible for developing a ticketing system in SharePoint using Power Automation and Microsoft Forms. This system allowed for easy monitoring of ticket progress and automated ticket assignments to appropriate team members. With this system, the IT department was able to streamline their ticketing process, improving overall efficiency and productivity.
Project 2: Imaging Workspace Remodel
Kaleb also led a project to remodel the "Imaging" workspace, where he worked to increase the installation of operating systems to meet demands. With his leadership, the team was able to transform a low-producing workspace to a high-producing one. Kaleb implemented new strategies and procedures that increased productivity, improved quality, and reduced turnaround times, leading to a more efficient and effective workspace.
Project 3: Virtual Desktop Interface
In his final project before leaving Oklahoma University, Kaleb took part in engineering a virtual desktop interface using the IGEL framework. He was responsible for engineering virtual displays to remote local computers, which allowed for seamless and efficient access to the virtual desktop. This project enabled employees to work remotely with ease, which was particularly beneficial during the pandemic. Kaleb's contributions to this project played a key role in enabling Oklahoma University's IT department to support their employees during these challenging times.
